Also Sprach Golem is based on themes of the futurological novel ‘GOLEM XIV’ by Polish sci-fi author Stanislaw Lem. This collaboration between Danish/British composer Kaj Duncan David and Berlin-based director Thomas Fiedler explores the relationship between humankind and increasingly dominant technology, including artificial intelligence.
Backyard Opera is an opera installation where a backyard and its houses, facades, windows, people and equipment get voices and becomes a musical scenery of human loneliness. Created by the Danish composer Bent Sørensen in cooperation with conceptual artist and director Anna Berit Asp Christensen.
Eating a Man is a mix between an autobiographical pseudo-documentary and a music piece. The performance is composed by Christian Winther Christiansen and explores the ideas behind positive cannibalism where you consume another person to get a share of his qualities. “Culture – that’s something we eat”
